What we are looking for

Building plots and existing houses to replace in Port d'Andratx, Camp de Mar, Puerto Portals, Bendinat, Santa Ponsa and Costa d'en Blanes: with sea views, privacy and the potential for a villa of around 400 m² or more. Ideally with a building licence, but we look at every plot.

Money, design and the team are in place. What we need is the ground. You describe the plot in a few lines; we look at it with our architects: licence, size, access, view, potential. For every plot that fits, we show you in images and film what it can become. We then either buy it, or develop it together with you and an investor from the circle.

Questions and answers

Do you also buy plots with an old house on them?

Yes. An older house on a good plot is often the best starting point. We assess with our architects what can be built in its place and show you the result in images and film.

Does the land need a building licence?

Not necessarily. Land with a licence moves fastest, but we look at every plot. Our architects and local network assess what can realistically be built and approved.

Can I stay involved instead of selling?

In some cases, yes. Whether a participation in the project is possible depends on the land, the project and the investor. We discuss it individually and only when there is a concrete proposal.

Will my land be advertised?

No. Nothing is published. Your plot is discussed only with our architects and, if it fits, with an investor from the circle, under a non-disclosure agreement.

Do I have to become a member to offer my property?

Your offer is your invitation. Owners and keyholders who bring a property that fits receive a seat in the Founding Circle of ON Circle. There is no fee.
