What ON Circle is
A private business circle for off-market homes, land and new projects on Mallorca, Ibiza and Menorca. Owners, buyers, investors and the keyholders who know them: concierges, advisors, family offices. What is shared in the circle never reaches a portal.
How to join
Membership is by application only. The Founding Circle is limited to 99 seats; each founding member may invite two people. There is no fee. Owners and keyholders who bring a property that fits receive a seat. Every application is read personally and answered in writing within 72 hours.

ON Signature Properties and ON Circle are led by Oliver Nikoleit: 30 years of building stores, hotels and restaurants, projects for Mövenpick, Accor, Robinson, Migros and Hilton through ON HORECA, more than 50 factories worldwide, architects and a Milan-trained interior architect on Mallorca, the island's best builders, and a network of investors, funds and family offices.
