What we collect

When you apply, we receive what you enter in the form: your name, email address, role, where you are at home, your answer, a link and any file you attach. We use it only to review your application and to reply to you.

Where it goes

Your application is sent by email to our team and stored in our internal workspace. We use these service providers to do this: Make (form processing), Amazon Web Services (website hosting and email delivery), Notion (internal records) and Migadu (email). Some of them may process data outside the EU; they do so under their standard data protection terms.

How long we keep it

If you are not admitted, we delete your application within six months. If you are admitted, we keep your details for as long as you are a member.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time what we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Write to circle@on-sigprop.com.
